work from the previous workshop. Activity 活动: The incredible edible egg can be used to paint! The Ancient Egyptians used egg tempera to paint on stone, while Byzantine artists in Europe used tempera on their illuminated manuscripts. UMAG is offering paint-making workshops for families to create paint using fresh egg yolk and dry pigments. Participants will learn about this centuries-old technique, and have the opportunity to paint on plasterboard using their own paint. Preparation: It is suggested that participants prepare reference images, such as landscapes or animal related theme. Special note: Egg tempera can be quite pungent. 原来食用蛋也可用作绘画!古埃及人会以蛋彩於石头上绘画,而欧洲的拜占庭艺术家亦会使用蛋彩制作彩绘 手抄本.香港大学美术博物馆将举辨亲子绘画工作坊,让家长与小孩一同透过使用新鲜蛋黄及粉状颜料创作. 参加者将学习到这已留存过百年的古老技术,并有机会於石膏板上完成一幅自己的蛋彩作品. 请准备:建议参加者先准备图片以作参考,如以风景或动物为题. 请注意:蛋彩气味会较为刺鼻.
