3 1. 概述 NY1A系?产品为单晶片CMOS的LED控制驱动合成IC,共有2个母体分别为 NY1A003A和NY1A103A.?用精准 的内阻震荡故?需外加震荡电阻,每个Output可分别提供?同的电?输出并搭配软体电?控制?驱动?同??的 LED,还可选择定电?输出以保护LED,故无须再外加限?电阻.闪灯合成方式为可程式的方波、斜线和曲线, 可任意组成出各种闪烁方式,藉由制造过程中?换Code光罩,可将?同的闪灯资?写入ROM中.用户可使用简 ?的 Q-Light 工具软体?快速地进?开发. 2. 功能 (1). 宽广的工作电压: 1.6V ~ 6.4V. (2). 共有2个母体,可支援的I/O脚和ROM大小如下: P/N NY1A003A NY1A103A I/O 1*I/O, 2*O 1*I/O, 2*O ROM DC0H 1B80H (3). NY1Ax03A有3个I/O脚: TG 可选择作输入脚或是输出脚,O1, O2 只能作为输出脚?推LED.(光罩选择) (4). 闪灯最多可被分割成8个闪灯段(Section),每段长?可?同,每一闪灯段中的闪灯采样点?必须为40H (Hex) 的整?倍.同个时间的每个采样点可选择的基本时间单位为1/128秒或1/16秒,并可搭配 x1, x2, x4, x8 的时 间倍?(Extension)选项,因此每个采样点共有7种时间长?可选择 (1/128, 1/64, 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 秒). (5). NY1Ax03A 最多有64个闪灯格(Step),只可规划成1个闪灯组(Sentence),TG 能用?指定这个闪灯组 (Sentence).每一闪灯格(Step)可指定任一个闪灯段(Section)和TG、O
1、O2 的输出搭配 (当TG设为输出 时). (6). 闪灯最多为3通道输出(TG设为输出脚),每个通道可分别自订一组可程式的PWM方波(Flashing)或渐明渐暗的 斜线(Ascend/Descend).每段方波还可分别定义成0%~100%?同的高?,?同的高?设定可以让LED产生 ?同的??变化,而每段斜线最多有128阶变化,可以让LED产生渐明或渐暗的效果. (7). 只有内建一组准确的频?振荡器(+/- 3% 误差),并无提供外部震荡电阻选项. (8). TG输入脚的输入选项:(光罩选择) (a). 可分别选择 Edge/Level, Hold/Unhold, Retrigger/Irretrigger ?同的触发方式组合. (b). 可分别选择 CDS+1.5M、CDS、1.5M 的下?电阻 或Floating.(CDS+1.5M选项: 当按键按下时,IC内部 为1.5M? 的下?电阻;
而当按键放开时,IC内部为 300K?+1.5M? 并? 的下?电阻 约250K?. CDS选项: 当按键按下时,IC内部为 Floating;
而当按键放开时,IC内部为 300K? 的下?电阻.) (c). 可分别选择Debounce时间:Long C 10ms 给一般按键使用;
Short C 50us 给弹跳开关使用. (d).可选择是否有 Toggle On/Off 的功能 (1st 触发 ? 播放,2nd 触发 ? 停止,……). (9). 所有的输出脚都有以下
3 种输出选项:(光罩选择) (a). Large Sink Current Output (大灌电?输出) : 输出脚接LED到VDD.(Iol=57mA/75mA @VDD=3V/4.5V) (b). Constant Sink Current Output (定灌电?输出) : 输出脚接LED到VDD,VDD=3V和4.5V的输出电?为恒定 电?,?会因为VDD?同而影响到LED??,有20mA和30mA?种定电?选项. (c). Drive Current Output (?电?输出) : 输出脚接LED到GND.(Ioh=10mA/15mA @VDD=3V/4.5V) NY1A Series (10). 每个输出脚都可分别设定为?同的电?:(光罩选择) (a). Large Sink Current (大灌电?) : 提供4种?同输出电? 100%, 83%, 50%, 33%. (b). Constant Sink Current (定灌电?) : 提供4种?同输出电? 100%, 83%, 50%, 33%. (c). Drive Current (?电?) : 只有一种电? 100%. (11). 特殊功能选项 上电播放 (Power-On-Play, POP): 电池一上电?即播放一次 上电播放闪灯组 (POP Sentence),触发模式固定为 Edge / Unhold / Retrigger.如果POP结合 Power-On-Loop (POL) 功能,则上 电会循环播放 上电播放闪灯组 (POP Sentence),直到TG按键被触发才会停止,当TG按键被触发时,上电 播放会?即停止并播放该TG的闪灯组. 注意: POP Sentence 和TG Sentence 是相同的. (12). 特殊功能选项 短触发循环播放 (Edge-Loop):当TG按键一被触发,TG的闪灯组会一直循环播放.如果结 合Loop On/Off 功能,再触发该按键,闪灯会停止,再次触发则循环播放TG的闪灯组. 注意: Loop On/Off 与Toggle On/Off ?能同时存在. (13). 特殊功能选项 杂讯触发 (Noise-Trigger): 当选择此功能时,TG被设定为 Edge/Unhold 功能,应用时需 将TG输入在PCB的Layout做成较长的输入线,当外部有较大的杂讯产生时,?用天线效应的原??产生输 入讯号,TG外部悬空?需?接到VDD或GND脚.(此功能常?於电子打火机和手机天线的应用) (14). 低压?位(LVR) 选项,当电压瞬间低於1.5V时,IC 会自动?位.(光罩选择) (要进一步?解上述功能,请?考Q-Light的使用手册,或?系九齐科技或九齐代?商.) 5 1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION The NY1A series are single-chip LED Control and Drive synthesizing CMOS IC. There are
2 bodies: NY1A003A and NY1A103A. Through the accurate internal oscillation of built-in Rosc, an external Rosc is not required. Each output can provide different kinds of current output cooperating with software current control to drive different brightness LED, and optional constant current is also provided to protect LED, thus it'
s not necessary to add the external current-limit resistor. The LED pattern consists of programmable square waveform, oblique and curve, user can compose varied pattern and then the customized LED data can be programmed into ROM by changing one code mask during fabrication. Besides, the interactive software developing tool of Q-Light is user-friendly and quick for programming. 2. FEATURES (1). Wide operating voltage: 1.6V ~ 6.4V. (2). There are

3 I/O pins: TG can be either input or output pin. The O1 and O2 can only be output pin. (Mask option) (4). The total LED pattern can be partitioned up to maximum
8 LED Sections. Each LED Section length is flexible. The LED Section data length must be the multiple of 40H (Hex). The time unit of each LED sample can be 1/128 sec or 1/16 sec. Cooperating with time extension option of x1, x2, x4 and x8, there are total
7 options selectable. (1/128, 1/64, 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 sec) (5).For NY1Ax03A, maximum
64 LED Steps are available for
1 LED Sentences. TG input can assign this Sentences independently. Each Step can specify one LED Section and enable/disable TG, O1 and O2 output option if TG is set as output. (6). There are maximum
3 channels of LED. Each channel can be assigned one set of programmable PWM square waveform (Flashing) and/or fade-in/fade-out oblique (Ascend/Descend). Every PWM square waveform can be set as different level of 0%~100% amplitude to control the LED brightness, and every oblique has maximum
128 levels variation to generate fade-in or fade-out effect. (7). Only build in an accurate internal oscillator of +/- 3% tolerance, no external R oscillator. (8). TG Input option for input pin. (Mask option) (a). TG input can select Edge/Level, Hold/Unhold and Retrigger/Irretrigger trigger modes. (b). TG input can select CDS+1.5M, CDS, 1.5M pull-low resistor or Floating type. (CDS+1.5M option: Only 1.5M? pull-low resistance at key-pressed, and 300K?+1.5M? in parallel pull- low resistance around 250K? at key-released. CDS option: Floating at key-pressed, and 300K? pull- low resistance at key-released.) NY1A Series (c). TG input can select Debounce time: Long debounce of 10ms for push-button. Short debounce of 50us for fast switch. (d). TG input can select Toggle On/Off function (1st Trigger ? play, 2nd trigger ? stop, ……). (9). There are
3 kinds of output option for all output pins. (Mask option) (a). Large Sink Current output: Output is connected a LED with VDD. (Iol=57mA/75mA @VDD=3V/4.5V) (b). Constant Sink Current output: Output is connected a LED with VDD. Whenever VDD is 3V or 4.5V, the output current is constant and LED brightness is uniform. There are two options of 20mA and 30mA for constant current. (c). Drive Current output: Output is connected a LED with GND. (Ioh=10mA/15mA @VDD=3V/4.5V) (10).
