pipe, 50,000 t/a of mechanical and structural tube, 60,000 t/a of line pipe, 30,000 t/a of gas cylinder tube and 60,000 t/a of petrochemical pipe as well. The company has a strong R&

D force, a PQF seamless steel pipe production line, imported from SMS Meer, Germany, and the sophisticated inspection tube &

28001 and API 5CT. Now, the company is undergoing a series of certifications like: API 5L, licence for pressure pipe parts manufacture, PED, CCS, ABS, DNV, LR, KR and BV. Throughout-Process Quality Management As a production section of Tube, Pipe and Bar Business Unit of Baosteel, the company has implemented the t hr o u gh o ut- Pr o c e s s Quality Management t h a t c ove r s a t o t a l metallurgical process including ironmaking, steelmaking, continuous casting, slabbing, tube rolling, heat treatment, tube processing, etc. It has a full range of capacity in the total process planning, quality control, continued improvement and quick response as well.
