12 March 2019. The Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name and certificate of Second Name were issued by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda on

2019 and the Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies of Hong Kong on

26 April 2019. CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAMES The English and Chinese stock short names of the Company for trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "HUALONGJINKONG" to "HP LIVING TECH" in English and from "华隆金控" to "杭品生活科技" in Chinese with effect from 9:00 a.m. on
