4 Mr. Zhao Quan, aged 46, holds a bachelor degree of Science in Computer Science Software Management from Lanzhou University and is an external master tutor of Beijing Forestry University. He was appointed as an Executive Director and the Chairman of the Board in July 2015, and redesignated as the Co- Chairman of the Board in November 2016. He is the chairman of the Nomination Committee and the co-chairman of each of the Executive Committee and Investment Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. Mr. Zhao is now a director of HNA Investment Group Co., Ltd.* (海 航投资集团股份有限公司) (a Shenzhen A-share listed company, Stock Code: 000616), an executive director and the chairman of the board of Hong Kong International Construction Investment Management Group Co., Limited (Stock Code: 687), companies under HNA Group Co., Ltd.* (海航集团有限公司) which is a substantial shareholder of the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance. He is also a director and chief executive officer of HNA Industrial Group Co., Ltd.* (海航实业集团有限公司), another company under HNA Group Co., Ltd.* (海航集团有限公司).
