4 Hitch the end of axle on the coupling rod, 螺丝先不锁紧 (D).将连杆尾端套上连轴,螺丝先不锁紧, 黄油LUBRICANT fasten the screw but not too tight. 14 - installation of foot lifter. (1).Press down the front of coupling rod to the lowest. (2).The lifting shaft should stick out from the fixed seat coupling rod &

fixed seat. Loosen the screw .Pass the lifting shaft through (F).放螺丝,将提升轴穿过连杆及固定座. (3).Tighten the screw. 此距离控制线头的长度 This distance to control the length of lint.

2 .调整线勾的位置:根返男枰鹘隗线勾(A)与过线孔(B)的距离来控制线头长短

(二).安装下刀组 Installation of the under trimmer W664S-E

7 (A).取下原有下轴内盖、前、后盖. Take off the original axle cover and behind cover. Keep original oil pan. 原厂油垫保留 Keep original screws. 原厂螺丝保留

3 open close 高度调整座 Height Adjuster Seat (D).Adjusting the height of height adjuster seat:keep a distance of 0.0mm (D).设定高度调整座的高度:使刀片与弯针间隙0.0mm.

3 1 原厂油垫 (C).旋转手轮对准P点(C).Turn the hand wheel Original oil pan (3).Install the original thread guide unit (3).装上原厂过线器 (2).安装高度调整座 (2). Installation the height adjuster seat. Install the under trimmer set. (B).(1).安装下刀组 *

2 (B).设定下刀机构起始位置 The beginning seat of the lower thread trimmer B A Loosen or Fasten B . 放或锁紧 B Fixes A by a wrench ( spanner ). 用扳手固定 A

2 弯针 looper + Fixed knife 固定刀片 min 1~2mm 最近距离 (1).放螺帽(如图所示). (2).以十字起子旋转心轴调整所需之间距:以固定刀片与弯针之间距1~2mm为 最佳 (3).锁紧螺帽(如图所示) (1). Loosen the screw(shown in figure). (2).Adjust the lower thread trimmer position by swirling the core shaft within the crossed screw drive:The distance (1~2mm) between fixed knife and looper is the best. (3). Fasten the screw(shown in figure). (D).(1).将轴心往外拉到底 (2).确认轴心撞击安全开关后马达为正常开的状态.

13 W664S-E 将线提升轴推到顶点,在下降约5mm锁紧螺丝. Connecting the driving of the thread tension regulator: Push the lifting shaft to the top point then down for approx. 5mm. Tighten the screw. (C).连系线装置的传动:

1 2 CLICK 卡(1). Move the core shaft to the strofse terminal (2).Touch to the strike piece of open remote safety switch to make sure the motor open remote safety switch is closed.

14 W664S-E 保留 reserve (C).依序装上压杆组与保护盖. Install the shaft and protective cover in order. 包装盒内位置标示The position in the box

(四).提升压脚装置 Foot lifter (A).取下原有配件 Dismantle the original parts Install foot lifter electromagnet. (B).装上压脚电磁铁
