1 (Installation Environment) (Warnings on Installation) 安装环境 ④使用化学药品的地方 (研究室等) ;

1.Carry out installation on the stable scaffold or ladder to ensure safety;

2.Air inlet and outlet shall be free of obstacles (obstacles may prevent the unit from operating, also easily result in accidents);

3.In case of use in the following special places, the user shall negotiate with our company about that;

①Place full of oil and steam (such as cooking room);

②Place with more saline matters (such as coastal zone);

③Place containing more sulfurized gases (such as hotspring zone);

④Place with chemicals (such as lab);

⑤Place with remarkable change in voltage (such as factory);

⑥High temperature place (by the entrance or exit). 安装时的注意事项 工作时必须遵守以下事项: (对由于安装而产生的不良影响必须考虑) The followings should be noted during working: (negative influence caused by mounting must be considered) 1. 安装处应有足够的承受能力, 另外, 为了保证冷凝水顺利流出, 一定要让机组水平或稍向泄水 方向倾斜一点.泄水管横向加长时 一定要注意使泄水通畅. The supporting should have enough bearing capacity. In addition, the coil should be installed horizontally or declined slightly to the draining direction to ensure condensate draining off smoothly. For any extension of draining pipe, draining smoothly should be ensured. ②The water outlet and inlet pipes shall be equipped with stop valves (for the purpose of repair);

③The pipe for condenser plate shall have drainage slope;

the user shall pay attention to direction of slope upon installation;

5 (Operation) 注意事项(Warnings) 1.不要开窗、门, 在机组制冷时如将门、窗打开易结露. 2.不要堵住风口, 为使空气在室内循环, 请不要在出风口、入风口附近放物品. 3.避免阳光直射, 在机组制冷时, 将受阳光直射的窗用百叶遮住, 机组才能很好工作. 4.放出盘管内空气, 盘管中如存有空气, 在机组动转时会产生流水声, 且使盘管能力下降. 5.风机停止运转时, 连续通冷水、机内温度低, 机组上会结露, 可能滴到天棚或地板上.因此长 时间风机停转时, 将盘管出入口阀关闭, 停止通水;

6.如制冷负荷极小时 (例如局部制冷用) , 风机盘管易结露, ........
