0 Safety instruction and notices Except obeying all valid safety requirement and regulation, the user also must notice and obey the following safety instruction and notices. Mounting and service must be done by qualified professional staff. 0.1 Permissible application This cooling unit is designed and made for discharging heat from industrial and IT enclosures by cooling the air inside the enclosures. It can cooling down the air temperature inside the enclosures to the range of

30 to

35 ℃ so that the valuable and important electrical and mechanical equipment and devices can have long and stable running. The permissible outside temperature is

20 to 50℃. The outside environment must have no corrosive gas, liquid and powder. The heat inside enclosures must smaller than 80% of the capacity of this cooling unit. At any condition, even when the cooling unit is not in use, the temperature of this cooling unit and the air around it must lower than 70℃. Not recommended to transport the cooling unit on the enclosures or equipment. 0.2 Safety notices for electrical operation This cooing unit must be connected to the electrical power supply through 2P+N breaker with leakage protection. The breaker should have K characteristics for motor and transformer. After installation and during normal operation, the leakage protection function of the breaker must be tested regularly. The terminal block inside the accessories bag must be connected correctly. Phase line must be connected to terminal marked with L. The neutral line must be connected to terminal marked with N/L2 (In condition of

2 phases 380ACV power supply, N/L2 terminal must be connected to the another phase line). Terminal marked with 4,5,6 and

7 can not be connected high voltage power supply. 0.3 Safety notices for operation Condensate evaporator inside the cooling unit has hot water. Scald must be avoid by waiting or taking protection method. After testing and running, the cooling unit, which is planned to be moved to another place, must have no condensate inside. That is to say, the GREEN LED must be OFF. If the GREEN LED is ON, the condensate can be evaporated completely after the cooling function is switched off by short-cut terminal
