961 and we hereby declare that: 1) The vehicles(equipment) offered for shipment complies with the requirements of IMDG code Special Provisions

961 and that the fuel tank(s) of the vehicle is empty (fuel gauge at zero) and installed batteries are protected from short circuit. 2) No undeclared hazardous materials are containerized, secured to or stowed in vehicles. 3) Vehicles are properly secured into the container to prevent movement in any direction.
