Format The paper should be in Word format. Pictures (if any) that are used in the paper should be in JPEG format and sent in individual files. 2. Title and Abstract This part should include the title of the manuscript;

the author's name, title, institutional affiliation and research areas;

an abstract of length not exceeding

150 words, and a maximum of five key words. 3. Main Text (6,000 words or less) a. Primary and seconding headings should be used. They should flush left, in upper and lower case, primary headings in bold and secondary headings in italics. The first line of each paragraph should be indented and the text single-spaced. b. Reference citations within the text should consist of the cited author's last name and the year of publication (the page number as well for direct quotes), enclosed in parentheses and with a comma, for example, (Cragin, 1985, pp.12-14). If the author's name appears in the sentence, only the year of publication (and the page number, if applicable) should appear in parentheses, for example, 'as discussed by Chow and Blumenfled (1984, p.19)'. References to multiple works should occur within one set of parentheses, separated by semicolon, for example, (Doktor, Redding, & Bidgood, 1985;

Farmer & Chan, 1983;

Tai, 1984). 4. Footnotes Footnotes are preferred in cases where supplementary information about the body text is to be included. 5. Tables and Figures Each table / figure should be numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals. The title should be in upper and lower case and centred. 6. References The APA style is adopted in principle with regard to the reference list. Examples below may serve as guides: 1. Amir, Y. (1969). Contact hypothesis in ethnic relations.
