7 ] .H I V 感染者配偶或固定性伴是 H I V 感染 者最亲密的接触者, 与感染者有稳定的性关系, 成为 H I V 感染的重要高危人群, 在这一人群中推广安全 套的使用无疑具有重要意义.然而, 影响该人群安 全套使用的因素是多方面的.为了有针对性地、 有 效地在该人群中推广安全套的使用, 本研究对中国 西部新疆维吾尔自治区和四川省西昌市的 H I V 感 染者配偶或固定性伴进行现况调查, 探索影响 H I V 感染者与配偶或固定性伴间安全套使用的因素, 以 探讨更有效地推广安全套使用的措施.
