ll need with you to open a business deposit account Please ensure that all individuals who are owners or signing officers attend and bring: n Documents that provide their full legal name, date of birth and residence address n One piece of unexpired, original government- issued photo identification for each owner/ signing officer Examples of acceptable identification are: C Canadian or U.S. driver'

s licence C Canadian or foreign passport C Canadian Citizenship Certificate C Canadian Permanent Resident Card C Certificate of Indian Status card In Canada, you must also provide a few additional key documents. The table on the next page provides examples of the documents that may be required.
