(Stock code: 01169) (the Company ), a subsidiary of Haier Group, is listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Company and its subsidiaries (the Group ) are principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of washing machines and water heaters in the PRC under the brand name of Haier . The Group is also engaged in the integrated channel services business for other home appliance products such as refrigerators, televisions and air-conditioners, of both Haier and non-Haier brands, substantially broadening its sources of revenue and driving its profit growth. Founded in 1984, Haier Group is headquartered in Qingdao, Shangdong Province, the PRC and is today one of the world'
