5 ? 如何配置电极浸泡液: 称取 22.365g 氯化钾试剂溶于 100mL 蒸馏水中,加入少许 pH4.01 标准缓冲液,搅拌溶液直至充分溶解. 更换电极传感器 使用中,如果仪表的电极传感器已失效或损坏,请按下述步骤进行更换. 1. 拧开仪表下端的电极固定圈,拔出电极模块. 2. 按下图所示,对准新电极模块的凹槽,将传感器缓慢推入仪表主机. 3. 顺时针拧入电极固定圈直至锁紧. 排除故障 PHscan10F 笔式 pH 计具有故障代码显示,下表列举了各个代码表示的故障原因及其解决方案. 屏幕显示 原因 解决方案 电极传感器过于干燥 将传感器浸入自来水或3M氯化钾溶液中10分钟 测量值超量程 检查传感器是否洁净,未受污染 用于校准的标准缓冲液已变质 配置新鲜的标准缓冲液再次校准仪表 电极已损坏 更换pH电极模块 PHscan10F 笔式 pH 计使用说明
