第一次通知 二零一二年三月十三日 全美余风堂第二十四届恳亲大会定於二零一二年八月十一日至十四日在西雅图西塔国际机场假日酒店举行, 本 堂已遵照总堂指示在去年成立全美恳亲筹备小组,并展开工作,祈望各分堂一同配合以下事项: 1.

此次恳亲大会聚集全美余氏宗亲之智慧,推广族务,发扬祖德,开支庞大. 因此本堂请求各分堂共同 协助鼎承, 吁请宗亲竭力支持,慷慨捐助恳亲费,以应开支. 2. 请及早准备总堂所规定之代表人数,及观礼名单.在五月十八日前填妥报名表格,寄到本堂筹备处以便安排 订房. 假日酒店每房(双人)收费一百一十九元另加酒店税.房数有限,请从这速报名(代表人数有优先权).酒店 地址:

2012 The 24th Yee Family National Convention will be held in Seattle from August 11-14,

2012 at the Holiday Inn at Sea-Tac Airport. 1. We welcome all members to join us for this special event. Please collect convention duty fee from each member. We greatly appreciate any generous contributions, as expenses for this convention are substantial. 2. Please fill out the attached form and send it to the Seattle Yee Family Association by May 18for hotel reservations. The special rate for the Holiday Inn is $119 (double occupancy) plus taxes per night. Rooms are limited (delegates have priority). Please have reservation made as earliest as possible.
