2018 5. 支持计划只以每参展单位计算,并非以该单位的参展人数计算;

Supporting amount is to be credited to the participating entity and not by the number of participants. 4/6 6. 参展期间,各参展单位每天必须於展会的开放时间内有最少一名代表驻守展位,并准时 出席所有展会会期及商务洽谈预约等;

Each participating entity must arrange at least one representative stationed onsite daily during opening hours of the trade shows, to manage its own stand at the IPIM exhibition pavilion, as well as to be punctual in attending all pre-scheduled appointments throughout the show period. 7. 倘出席之代表为该单位在展览会举行当地的业务代表时,该单位将不获得参与该次展会 之支持金额;

If the representative assigned by the participating entity is a local representative in the city where the trade show is organized, the entity'

s participation will not be qualified for the supporting amount of that particular trade show. 8. 在展览会完结后

30 天内,参展单位需提交完整的 「展会后报告书」 ,内容包括但不限於: (a)展会后活动报告、问卷及商务洽谈简报表;

(b)来回程登机证、登船证或车票.本局 有权要求该单位提交被视为需要的其他文件、报告或资料以作补充;

Each participating entity is required to submit a full set of Post Trade Show Report within

30 days after completion of each trade show, which includes but not limited to: (a) trade promotion report, co-exhibitors trade show survey and trade show enquiry form;

(b) round-trip boarding passes of air, ferries or coach tickets. IPIM reserves the right to request the participating entity to submit other documents, reports or information if deemed necessary. 9. 如违反上述任何条件及要求,有关单位将丧失该次参展的支持金额;

Failure to comply with any of the above requirements will not be qualified for the supporting amount of the respective trade show. 10. 有意参展单位需於报名截止日期前提交报名表格.参展单位需自行安排当地酒店住宿、 往返机票、当地交通及货运安排等;

Please submit the registration forms before deadline. Participating entities need to arrange their hotel accommodation, round-trip air tickets, local transportation, logistics, etc. by themselves. 5/6 11. 在收到「展会后报告书」后,本局将会以书面通知参展单位及发放相应之支持金额;
