3 Introduction: In August, 2013, the first publication plan of Li Xianting's Film Fund is officially issued, which takes Cai Mingliang from Tai Wan, Yang Fudong from mainland China and Indian Raqs media group as case studies, and "Film and contemporary art" as its theme.
