The Application Form consists of two parts. The research partnership leaders of both UK and Chinese universities must complete Part I of this form jointly in English. Part II should be completed by the Chinese partnership leader in Chinese. The Application Form must be signed by both the UK and Chinese partnership leaders. The signed Application Form and the supporting documents should be sent to the British Council China and China Scholarship Council respectively via email. A hard copy of the Application Form should be posted to the China Scholarship Council by the Chinese team leader. The activities under the partnership can start once the Grant Letter is signed, and should complete by 31st December 2014.
