本文从介绍设施规划发展现状入手,分析设施规划的国内外发展动态,结合对XXX公司的现场考核,以其机加工车间作为优化对象,重点研究农机机械厂机加工车间设施布置的优化方法. 本文首先介绍了物流设施规划优化设计思路和方法.进一步深入规划各个细节,分别对设施布置的理论方法,系统布置设计(SLP)模式进行深入研究,再结合对XXX公司车间现状的分析,根据现有设施布置混乱方面的不足,对机加车间生产过程的物流关系和非物流关系分别进行分析.对各作业单位的相对位置关系进行调整,对机加工车间设施进行重新布置,对物流路线进行重新设计,以达到减少物流交叉迂回及物流的无效往复运输,得出相对平衡的优化方案,最后使用Flexsim软件对优化的方案进行仿真建模,通过仿真结果进行评估和优化,最终得到最优方案. 本文的优化中主要从物流角度出发,对物流路线迂回和场地浪费等现象进行重点优化,同时符合机加车间主要产品的工艺要求,在满足各产品工序要求的同时进行物流路线的优化.在分析车间现状和评估初始优化方案时利用Flexsim软件对其进行了仿真建模,便于对机加车间进行细致观察,并进一步对初始方案进行优化,最终得到机加工车间设施布置最佳优化方案. 关键词:车间;

Flexsim仿真 Abstract As the main content of planning and designing of production system, it is obvious that facility layout is very important for maintenance costs of facility, staff security, capital operation and on-site management. This paper begins with the development status of facility layout, analyses development at home and abroad of facility layout. Besides that, according to combination with the on-site assessment of the Factory KESHEN, this thesis lays stress on the research of improving the facility layout channel of heavy machinery workshop, focus on the improvement of agricultural machinery factory machine shop facilities layout with its machine shop. The beginning of this paper describes the logistics facilities planning and optimization design ideas and methods. Further planning all the details, facility layout theory, Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) mode in-depth study, combined with analysis on the workshop status quo of the Branch of KESHEN, It analyzes the logistics and non-logistic relations of productive process in machine workshop according to the existing facility layout insufficient by studying workshop'
