070301430 学生姓名:朱敏华 指导教师:缑斌丽 职称:副教授 二O一一年五月二十五日 摘要本课题主要研究的重大意义在于能够结合自动流水线与NC机床的特点,将NC机床与物料输送设备通过计算机联系起来,形成一个系统,来解决中等批量,中等规模品种以及小批量生产领域的问题,就形成了所谓的"柔性制造系统".
FMS在20世纪80年代末就已进入了实用阶段,技术已比较成熟.由于它在解决多品种、中小批量生产上比传统的加工技术有明显的经济效益,因此随着国际竞争的加剧,无论发达国家还是发展中国家都越来越重视柔性制造技术.本课题的设计内容是采用了模块化结构设计进行物料输送带的设计,优化其结构,提高生产质量与劳动生产率.需要研究的内容有: 1.带式输送机系统初步设计;
布置形式的分析确定,带速的选择;
输送带带宽、类型的选择确定;
输送带线质量的计算;
物料线质量的计算;
托辊旋转部分质量的计算. 2.带式输送机系统布置图的设计;
3.电气控制设计;
控制核心采用PLC可编程序控制器,具有自动、远控/近控两种工作方式;
电控装置和软起动装置(水平)配合,保证空载、满载工况下的软起动和软停车;
满足空载起动、重载起动.
