(4)课题组率先在国内将超声弹性成像技术与直肠腔内超声联合应用于直肠腺瘤恶变早期诊断研究,首次将弹性应变比值(SR)应用于直肠癌放化疗的疗效评估,从生物力学角度提供了新的疗效评估方法,弥补了单纯以解剖学TN分期的不足;

开展了直肠癌预后因素的评估,如系膜浸润深度、环周切缘,在国内首次证明了腔内超声评估的可靠性,从而构建了直肠癌的多模态超声评估体系;

项目组发现直肠癌的CEUS表现与组织血管密度有很好的相关性,这一发现被欧洲2017超声造影(非肝脏)应用指南作为该领域唯一的参考文献被引用;

阐明了胃肠道间质肿瘤(GIST)的风险分层与超声造影特征之间的关联性,为GIST的临床评估提供了新的辅助手段. 项目组参与制定国内首部《肝脏局灶性病变超声造影指南》,主编《胰腺超声检查规范》等多项行业规范及标准,并向全国50余家三甲医院及地方中心医院推广;

在国内组织16次应用研讨会、进行专题技术指导培训;
