2本钢集团炼钢厂,辽宁 本溪 117000) [摘要]:本文研究了利用本钢南芬铁尾矿粉通过反应烧结法制备Al2O3-CaO-SiO2-MgO系复合材料的工艺方案.
结果表明,通过合理的成分调整后控制熔制温度1500℃保温1h后水淬液态试样,将水淬后试样磨细后制得的粉末压制成型后放入高温电炉中升温至750℃温度条件下核化1h后在860℃温度条件下晶化1h可制备出相主体组成为透辉石和硅灰石、性能优良的Al2O3-CaO-SiO2-MgO系微晶玻璃复合材料产品. 关键词:铁尾矿;

2 Steel-making Plant of Benxi Iron & Steel (Group)CO.,LTD., Benxi 117000,China) Abstract: In this paper, the prepareration technological process of the Al2O3-CaO-SiO2-MgO system composite from Nanfen iron tailings powder of Benxi iron and steel company by reaction sintering method was investigated. The results showed that the reasonable prepareration technology conditions are that the samples were heated at 1500℃ for 1h after the components of iron tailings were reasonably adjusted, then water quenching molten samples to obtain glass particles, and the homogeneous mixture powders were isostatically pressed to plate compacts after the glass particles were ground, and these prepared samples were heated at the nucleation temperature 750℃ for 1h and at the crystallizing temperature 860℃ for 1h in a high temperature electric furnace. As a result, the main phase compositions of Al2O3-CaO-SiO2-MgO system glass-ceramic composite that contains CaMg(SiO3)2, CaSiO3 was obtained. In addition, the properties of composite is excellent. technological process 目前,许多工业发达国家已把矿业废料的开发利用作为矿山开发的新目标,把尾矿的综合利用及治理的程度作为衡量一个国家科技水平和经济发达程度的标志.因此,我们必须加速尾矿综合利用及治理的进程,树立长远的观念,把尾矿综合回收利用及治理作为保护有限的矿产资源、促进经济发展、保持矿业持续发展的必要措施[1-3]. 本钢南芬铁矿在开采铁矿资源用于钢铁冶金生产原料的同时,产出了数以亿计的铁尾矿.南芬铁尾矿中SiO2含量约为70%,铁含量约为8%,属于高硅铁尾矿,由于缺乏合理的工艺,没有得到经济有效的利用,正以年600万吨以上的速度递增,长期日积月累,堆积成山[4-8],有必要探索其综合利用方面的研究工作. 1.南芬铁尾矿制备微晶玻璃产品可行性分析 表1是实验测定所选用的南芬铁尾矿主体成分如表1所示,由表1可知,南芬铁尾矿中含有大量的SiO2和含铁物料等有效成分,而铁尾矿中的铁元素恰恰可在铁尾矿微晶玻璃的制备过程中起到一定天然晶核剂的作用[9]. 表1 实验测定南芬铁尾矿主体成分表 Table
