四、总结 本文参考了20篇国内外的文献对TPM在不同企业设备管理中的应用进行了研究,TPM在设备管理中拥有自身独特的优势,但是在TPM的运用和推行上,不同类型的企业其侧重点都有所不同,这是由于不同企业的自身特点不同决定的.虽然目前国内外对TPM的研究较多,但是大多数都是对已有经验的论述,缺乏实用性和创新性,同时国内对于像飞机制造业这些大型公司的研究较少,为此,我们将以企业管理理论和生产运营理论为基础,吸取其他企业在运用和推行TPM中的经验和教训,在我们的研究中注重创新性和实用性相结合. 参考文献: 1.
