52 1 总则 1.0.1 为了适应城镇桥梁建设发展的需要,使沥青混凝土桥面铺装层满足使用要求,保证桥面铺装层质量,提高工程使用耐久性,制定本规程. 1.0.2 本规程适用于城镇钢桥和水泥混凝土桥等桥梁桥面铺装工程的新建、大修和改建. 1.0.3 城镇桥梁沥青混凝土铺装层设计与施工应遵循安全、耐久、环保、经济的原则. 1.0.4 城镇桥梁沥青混凝土铺装的设计、施工与验收除应符合本规程外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定.
