5.26 摘要 随着城市化进程的加快,城市 机动化 程度的提高,引发了一系列城市交通问题日益严重、交通污染加剧、交通能耗急剧上升、交通事故频率居高等,世界各国逐渐意识到发展公共交通的重要性,并给予极大的重视.自行车交通是城市施行公共交通优先发展战略、城市交通可持续发展战略的重要政策与举措之一,它与包括公共汽车、轨道交通、轮渡等在内的公共交通相结合,完成末端接驳,使出行交通全程公共化、一体化,加上其有短距离出行优势、 点对点 服务、(准)公共交通、低建设成本四大特点,将拥有与以 点对点 交通著称的小汽车交通的潜在竞争力. 本文首先综述了研究的现实背景以及理论和意义,然后通过研究从运作模式,租赁形式,品牌形象,功能设计四个方面比较了国内外公共自行车的概况,接着提出了推广公共自行车的条件与实施机制,从规划与管理,社会意识与宣传,经营与运作,技术支持四个方面来讨论了公共自行车的实施机制.然后我通过自己的调研,分析了公共自行车的使用人群以及不同使用者对公共自行车的需求差异分析,最后我研究了公共自行车在南京的应用以及适应性,阐述了南京交通的概况,南京城市交通的合理性,最后分析了公共自行车在南京的适应性. 关键词:公共自行车;

南京 Abstract With the speeding up of urban words city the motorized degree rise, sparked a series of urban transportation problem increasingly serious, traffic worsening pollution, transportation energy consumption has risen sharply, traffic accidents in higher frequency, world gradually realize the importance of development of public transport, and gives the enormous attention. Bicycle transport is city public transportation priority of development strategy, urban traffic sustainable development strategy important policies and measures, and it includes one bus, rail transportation, public transportation, ferry terminal combination, complete shuttle, make travel whole public and integrated traffic, plus its have short trip advantages, point-to-point services, public transportation and low construction cost, will have four characters with point-to-point traffic for the potential car transport competition. The paper firstly summarizes the research significance as well as the theory and the realistic background, and then through the research from operation mode, rental, brand image, functional design four aspects compared the situation of domestic and foreign public bicycle, and then proposes promoting public bicycle conditions and the implementing mechanism, from planning and management, social consciousness and publicity, management and operation, technology support four aspects discusses the implementing mechanism of public bicycle. Then I through his own investigation, and analyzed the use of public bicycle and different users to crowd public bicycle demand difference analysis, finally I studied the application of public bicycle in Nanjing, this paper expounds and adaptability of Nanjing, Nanjing city traffic situation of traffic rationality, finally the necessity and feasibility analyzes the adaptability of public bicycle in Nanjing.
