221116 摘要:潘一东矿井建设项目部的井田范围内的主采煤层都是缓倾斜煤层,煤层的最大倾角在7~8°左右,所以石门揭煤几乎都是在小角度的情况揭开煤层,而小角度揭煤无疑又大大的增加了煤与瓦斯突出的危险.如何在石门小角度揭煤的条件下进行有效的快速石门揭煤防突,则是本论文着重要研究解决的关键问题.在对西一矸石胶带机上山进行揭11-2煤进行试验,执行四位一体的突出煤层揭煤措施,首先采用测定煤层原始瓦斯压力和原始瓦斯含量的方法来预测煤层是否有突出危险性;

其次实施121个抽采钻孔,对其煤层进行区域消突;

然后当抽采率达到45%以上时通过测定煤层的残余瓦斯含量和残余瓦斯压力的方法对消突煤层进行效果检验,在巷道施工法距煤层5m时通过综合指标法和钻屑瓦斯解吸指标法再次进行区域验证,在距煤层法距2m时采取远距离爆破,巷道见煤后进行循环效检直至远距离放炮结束.这次安全快速揭过11-2煤的关键在于快速测压技术的应用、抽采钻孔的设计优化及工作程序的劳动组织. 关键词: 缓倾斜突出煤层,石门揭煤,煤层瓦斯压力,快速测压,抽采钻孔 中图分类号:TD

How to uncover crosscut coal fastly in small Angle and effective prevente outbrust work, this paper is an important research to solve the key problems.Uncovering 11-2 coal where the west waste belt conveyor mountain testing , the implementation of four in one of exposing the outburst coal seam measures.The first adopted measures were original gas pressure and the original gas content method to predict whether coal was outburst dangerous, Secondly implementation

121 extraction of the coal seam drill, consumption of coal for regional conflict, Then when the extraction rate reached more than 45% ,there is apart from coal seam normal distance 5m away in tunnel construction,carries on the region confirmation once more through the overall target law and the drilling gas desorption target law. From validated method 2m away from the seam to take long-distance blast, tunnel, see the efficacy of coal until the cycle after the end of remote blasting. The key of exposing 11-2 coal fastly and security is quick 11-2 pressure coal technology, the design optimization of extraction and drilling procedures of labor organizations. Key words: Inclined coal ,uncovering crosscut coal seam, coal gas pressure, quick pressure, extraction drilling 引言 在我国煤炭生产企业中,高瓦斯矿井占26.8%,煤与瓦斯突出矿井占17.6%.在全国各类突出事故中,强度在千吨级以上的特大型突出事故中,石门揭煤工作面突出就占77%.由于石门揭煤突出强度大,突出的大量瓦斯波及范围广,造成的破坏严重,能给矿井带来毁灭性的灾难,比一般类型突出对人身安全的危害更大[1-3].尤其在石门小角度揭煤时,发生突出概率更大.另一方面,在新建矿井的采区准备又不能避免石门揭煤,为防治突出,防突措施步步设防,执行措施占用时间长,从而延长了矿井投产时间,因而能安全、快速地揭开煤层,对突出矿井的安全生产具有十分重要的意义.
