3 or more years of applicable experience;

2) Efficient communication in English;

3) Good logic thinking. Job Responsibilities: 1) Develop new material and technology and report at monthly Targets and Capabilities meeting;

2) Lead projects to improve current materials and processes for increased yield, better reliability or lower cost;

3) Develop or improve the fundamental understanding of current materials and processes;

4) Provide in-depth technical training in one or more of the key areas through Technical Seminar or Technical Workshop;

5) Supervise and coach technicians and engineers;
