In transport, this endpoint is currently not addressed at all, but if transport did address this endpoint, and it wished to include Category 2A, it would be likely only to use the symbol which would have to be the exclamation mark. Where the Competent Authority for a sector addresses an endpoint included in GHS, and it makes use of one or more of the elements specified in GHS, it is not precluded from also using other labels or information it currently prescribes, where this does not overlap or affect the GHS elements.
