旅客需提供POC设备的品牌和型号.Only POCs certificated by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) can be used onboard during all phases of the flight, including taxi, take off and landing;

passengers should provide information of the brand and model of POC. 2.计划在机上持续使用POC的旅客,应于航班计划起飞时间48小时前向东航直属售票处或客服中心提出.Passengers intending to use POC onboard should contact with our ticket office or service center at least

48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. 3.计划在机上持续使用POC的旅客,须提供航班计划起飞前10日内签发的医生证明,证明该旅客需持续使用POC且适宜乘机.Passengers who want to use POC onboard should provide a Physician Statement issued within

10 days of departure date of the first flight, stating that they are fit to fly and need to use their POCs for the entire flight. 4.旅客需提供用于整个航程使用的全部电池可持续供电的时间长度,并自行确认所带电池能否满足整个航程+3小时时间的需要.Passengers should tell us how long their batteries can discharge. Passengers must have an ample supply of fully charged batteries plus three hours of extra battery time for the flight. 5.所有携带登机的电池数量及包装必须遵循东航锂电池运输的相关规定.The quantity and packaging of any carry-on batteries shall be in line with our requirements on lithium batteries. 6.提供座椅配备电源的客机数量有限,座椅配备电源的可用性也并无保证,因此东航不承诺向旅客提供机上电源.The aircraft in-seat electrical power is available on a limited of aircraft, and there is no guarantee that the in-seat power will be operative. Passengers should never rely upon onboard aircraft electrical power being available during a flight. 7.旅客应于截止办理乘机登记手续前至少60分钟到达柜台办理乘机登记手续,东航地面工作人员将对设备品牌型号以及医疗证明进行查验.The passengers who use POCs onboard should report at the check-in counter

60 minutes before latest check-in time and show POC and Physician Statement to our staffs. 8.机上持续使用POC的旅客不能安排在应急出口座位.Emergency exit seats are not serviceable for passengers who use POCs onboard. 9.如机长有理由相信旅客所持电子呼吸设备的使用影响到飞机运作,旅客须马上关闭设备;

操作POC及设备的可用性,东航不予负责.As with all portable electronic devices carried on board an aircraft, the operating captain has the right to request that any device be turned off if he/she believes it is affecting the aircraft systems. If such a request is made, the device must be turned off immediately. Passengers use power supplies at their own risk and China Eastern shall take no responsibility for POCs. 未尽事宜,东航有最终解释权.如不符合上述规定东航有权拒绝旅客运输. China Eastern reserves the right of final explanation for matters not covered above.
