相比于传统的管壳式换热器具有两个显著的特点:体积小,重量轻.现已广泛应用于石油化工、电子、航空航天、机械和原子能等领域. 对于一套新型的装置,传统方法是用AutoCAD来表示其形状、结构,这种方法不但不形象而且不便于修改.而Pro/E可以有效地改善这些缺点. (1)板翅式换热器主要由隔板、盖板、翅片、封条、封头、接管和导流片组成,利用Pro/E,对这几部分进行建模. (2)装配主要是利用 匹配 、 对齐 等装配约束指定一个元件相对于装配体中其他元件的放置方式和位置,最后将所有的零件装配成三维实体型. (3)动画演示的内容主要包括:动画的创建、时间与视图间关系的创建、时间与透明间关系的创建. 结果表明,运用Pro/E创建实体模型,可实现实体的直观、立体化.而充分利用Pro/E单一数据库管理特性,通过改变尺寸参数可以方便地修改和更新零件.在通过虚拟装配和动画演示,我们还可以直观地观察零件间的相互位置关系和装配关系. 关键词:板翅式换热器,PRO/E,三维建模,装配,动画 ABSTRACT Plate-fin heat exchanger is a high heat transfer efficiency, compact, lightweight and strong, strong adaptability, good economy heat transfer equipment, compared to the traditional shell and tube heat exchanger. Plate-fin heat exchanger has two significant features are light weight and small volume. Now plate-fin heat exchanger is widely used in petrochemical, aerospace, electronic, atomic energy and machinery and other areas. For a new experimental device, the traditional method is based on AutoCAD (two dimensional) to represent the shape, structure. It is not only abstract but also not easy to modify. But pro/E can improve these shortcomings effectivelily. (1)Plate-fin heat exchanger manly formed by partitions, fin, seal, head, tube and deflector. I accorded Pro/e to model part of these. (2)Device assembly uses match , align assembly constraints, such as specifying a component assembly in relation to the placement of other components and location, and finally all the parts assembled into three-dimensional solid model device. (3) Assembly animation contents include: the creation of animation, the creation of the relationship between time and view, the creation of the relationship between time and transparent. The results showed that useing of Pro/e to create solid models can enable entities intuitive and three-dimensional;
take full advantages of Pro/e features only database management, by changing the size parameters can be easily modified and updated components;
it can also be directly observe the mutual position relationship between parts and assembly relationships, through the virtual assembly and animation. Keywords:Plate-fin heat exchanger;
