350 MW 循环流化床(CFB)锅炉物料平衡相 关的实际运行参数及满负荷状态下炉内温度和压力的变化规律进行了分析研究,得到大型 CFB 锅炉正常运行条件下不同负荷的相关运行参数的变化关系和炉膛平均物料质量浓度 值.结果表明:随着发电功率从
170 MW 增加到
300 MW,分离器压差从 0.30 kPa 增加到 1.05 kPa,机组负荷再增加,分离器压差基本不变;
随着发电功率增加,沿物料循环回路的 炉膛下部温度、炉膛出口温度、回料阀温度呈线性增加;
对大型 CFB 锅炉当炉膛平均物料 质量浓度约
3 kg/m3 可达到物料平衡要求,也符合 CFB 锅炉的正常运行要求. [关键词]CFB 锅炉;

350 MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler of Hepo Power Plant were systematically investigated. The change relation of operation parameters of large-scale CFB boiler were obtained, under normal operation conditions with different loads. The change rules of temperature and pressure inside the furnace when the boiler ran at full load were analyzed, and the average material concentration in the furnace under normal operation conditions of large-scale CFB boiler was ascertained. The results show that, when the generation power was increased from
170 MW to
300 MW, the pressure difference in cyclone separator increased from 0.30 kPa to 1.05 kPa. When the unit load was rose further, the pressure difference changed little. As the generation power was increased, the temperature at the furnace bottom/outlet and at the return valve increased linearly. For large-scale CFB boilers, when the average material concentration in the furnace reached
3 kg/m3 , it meets the mass balance requirements and satisfies the demands for normal operation of the CFB boilers. Key words: CFB boiler, mass balance, material concentration, bed temperature in furnace, cyclone separator, return valve, generation power, online monitoring 目前,超临界循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的大型 化发展和产业化应用已经得到快速推广[1-2] , 超超临 界600 MW CFB 锅炉的研究应用已经启动[3] .物料 平衡、 能量平衡和高的燃烧效率是 CFB 锅炉正常运 行规律的基础[4] , 其中物料平衡是 CFB 锅炉正常运 行的最基本要求.CFB 锅炉物料平衡可以通过炉内 的物料浓度分布来确定[5-8] , 炉膛压力分布规律可以 具体表征 CFB 锅炉正常运行时的变化规律和分布 特征[9] ,也可以利用分离器压降、炉膛中部压力、 炉内温度场分布等进行评估,给出物料平衡的一些 基本判别依据,判定出 CFB 锅炉物料平衡是否实 现[5-6] .这些结论已在已有的 CFB 锅炉实际运行中
