Guang He Hui Yun Strategic Cooperation Agreement On

30 March 2016, the Company and Jiangsu Guang He Hui Yun Technology Company Limited* (江苏广和慧云科技股份有限公司) ("Guang He Hui Yun") entered into a strategic cooperation agreement in relation to the construction and operation of cloud platforms (the "Guang He Hui Yun Strategic Cooperation Agreement"). Pursuant to the Guang He Hui Yun Strategic Cooperation Agreement, it was agreed between the Company and Guang He Hui Yun that, among others, the Company will invest in the acquisition and construction of the basic infrastructure of cloud platforms in third to fourth tier cities in the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") and Guang He Hui Yun shall be responsible for the maintenance fees of the cloud platforms. 2 C Xiamen Kehua Strategic Cooperation Agreement On

30 March 2016, the Company and Xiamen Kehua Hengsheng Co., Ltd * (厦门科华恒 盛股份有限公司 ) ("Xiamen Kehua") entered into a strategic cooperation agreement (the "Xiamen Kehua Strategic Cooperation Agreement"). Pursuant to the Xiamen Kehua Strategic Cooperation Agreement, the Company entrusts Xiamen Kehua for the construction of cloud platforms in the PRC and Xiamen Kehua agreed to supply materials for the construction of cloud platforms to the Company at a preferential price. The price and specifications of the materials are subject to the terms of any definitive agreement to be entered into between the parties from time to time. Hitachi Strategic Cooperation Agreement On

30 March 2016, the Company and Hitachi Solutions (China) Co., Ltd. * (日立解决方案 (中国) 有限公司) ("Hitachi Solutions") entered into a strategic cooperation agreement (the "Hitachi Strategic Cooperation Agreement"). Pursuant to the Hitachi Strategic Cooperation Agreement, Hitachi Solutions agreed, among others, to conduct promotion of its products such as enterprise resource planning system, intelligent office desk, system integration and safety solutions in the cities in which the cloud platforms of the Company are or will be located. The Company and Hitachi Solutions shall jointly formulate sales target and plan and the revenue arising from the sale will be shared between the Company and Hitachi Solutions. Tianting Strategic Cooperation Agreement On

30 March 2016, the Company and Tian Ting Cloud Computing Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. * (天霆云计算科技 (上海) 有限公司) ("Tian Ting") entered into a strategic cooperation agreement (the "Tianting Strategic Cooperation Agreement"). Pursuant to the Tianting Strategic Cooperation Agreement, Tian Ting agreed, among others, to conduct promotion of its self-developed products in the cities in which the cloud platforms of the Company are or will be located. The Company and Tian Ting shall jointly formulate sales target and plan and the revenue arising from the sale will be shared between the Company and Tian Ting. C
