704 组目前的重点研究方向,结合自己之前学习和工作期间所掌握的先 进技术,申请人拟就以下几个方向开展科研工作: 1. 薄层 WS2 中的谷极化特性探究 利用能谷自由度作为信息载体的谷电子学发展成为一个近年来新兴的课题,在柔 性谷电子学器件领域具有巨大的潜在应用前景.原子层薄的 WS2 中,导带和价带 边缘均具有两个能量简并的谷,成为一种实现谷电子学的潜在材料.控制电子在 不同能谷中的数量,进而产生谷极化是制成谷电子学器件的先决条件.尽管从理 论上说声子可以辅助电子的谷间散射过程进而导致谷的退极化效应,但是人们对 于声子在谷去极化过程中的作用机理的认识仍十分有限.为此,我们计划测量生 长在不同衬底上的单层和具有不同叠层顺序的双层 WS2 样品:(1)依赖于温度的圆 偏振光致发光光谱;
