6、 纯CO2 气体的绝缘特性差异.试验及分析结果表明, C4F7N/CO2 混合 气体的介质恢复需要一定的时间;
纯SF
6、 CO2及C4F7N/CO2 3种气体的击穿特性与开距、 充气压力近似呈线性 变化且均呈升高趋势, 但C4F7N/CO2混合气体的上升斜率最大;
当开距从5 mm增加至15 mm时, 0.2 MPa充气 压力下, C4F7N/CO2 混合气体50%击穿电压值从65.75 kV上升至179.88 kV;
当充气压力为0.15 MPa时,
15 mm 电极开距下, C4F7N/CO2混合气体50%击穿电压的比纯SF6高35.45 kV. 关键词: 环保型;

Based on dealing with the problem of C4F7N/CO2 gas mixing and its engineering application, an insulation test platform for investigations is built in this paper, a experimental prototype with typical disconnecting contact structures of 72.5 kV GIS is adopted. Gas insulation characteristics influencing by different filling pressures and different contact distances under lightning impulse voltage are studied. The insulation characteristics of 20%C4F7N+80%CO2 are analyzed and compared with that of pure SF6 and pure CO2 under the same testing conditions. Analysis and results show that C4F7N/CO2 gas needs a certain time for recovering,the breakdown performances of pure SF6,CO2 and C4F7N/CO2 are all approximately linear increasing with the contact distances and filling pressures,but the rising slope of C4F7N/CO2 is the largest. C4F7N/CO2 50% breakdown voltage increases from 65.75 kV to 179.88 kV when contact distance changes from
5 mm to
15 mm under filling pressure 0.2 MPa,and it is 35.45 kV higher than that of pure SF6 under contact distance
