30 1 总则 1.0.1 为适应城镇综合管廊工程建设的需要,规范综合管廊监控与报警系统工程 设计、施工及验收、维护,做到安全可靠、经济适用、技术先进,提高综合管廊监控与报警系统工程建设质量和综合管廊运行维护管理水平,满足综合管廊安全运行要求,制定本规范. 1.0.2 本规范适用于新建、扩建、改建的城镇综合管廊监控与报警系统的设计、施工及验收、维护. 1.0.3 综合管廊监控与报警系统工程的设计、施工及验收、维护,除应符合本规范外,尚应符合国家现行有关规范的规定.

2 术语 2.0.1 综合管廊监控与报警系统 utility tunnel supervision and alarm system 对综合管廊环境、附属设施进行监测、控制,对非正常工况及事故进行报警并兼具与管线公司或上级管理部门通信的各种系统的总称. 2.0.2 综合管廊监控与报警系统统一管理平台 unified management platform of utility tunnel supervision and alarm system 对综合管廊监控与报警系统各组成系统进行集成,满足对内管理、对外通信、与管线公司、管理部门协调等需求,具有综合处理能力的系统,以下简称为统一管理平台. 2.0.3 综合管廊监控中心 supervision center of utility tunnel 安装有监控与报警系统中央层设备,满足人员对所辖综合管廊全线环境、附属设施进行集中监控、管理需求的工作场所. 2.0.4现场设备间 field equipment room 设置于综合管廊现场,用于综合管廊沿线区域监控与报警系统的控制及汇聚设备集中安装的空间. 2.0.5 专业管线监控系统 supervision system of specialty pipeline 根据生产管理需求建立的对专业管线进行监测及控制的系统.

3 基本规定 3.1 一般规定 3.1.1 干线综合管廊、支线综合管廊应设置监控与报警系统. 3.1.2综合管廊监控与报警系统应设置环境与设备监控系统、安全防范系统、通信系统、预警与报警系统和统一管理平台,宜设置地理信息系统.预警与报警系统应根据所纳入管线的种类设置火灾自动报警系统及可燃气体探测报警系统. 3.1.3 监控与报警系统的架构、系统配置应根据综合管廊的建设规模、纳入管线的种类、综合管廊运行维护管理模式等确定. 3.1.4 监控、报警、控制及联动反馈信号应传送至监控中心. 3.1.5 综合管廊监控与报警系统应根据管廊运行管理需求,预留与各专业管线配套检测设备、控制执行机构或专业管线监控系统联通的信号传输接口. 3.2 配套用房 3.2.1综合管廊应设置监控中心、现场设备间等配套用房或构筑物. 3.2.2 监控中心应符合下列规定:
