1 总则 1.0.1为加强广东省市政基础设施工程施工安全标准化管理,防范和控制施工安全风险,保障施工安全,结合我省实际,制定本标准. 1.0.2本标准适用于广东省市政基础设施工程(含轨道交通工程)的安全生产和文明施工等管理工作. 1.0.3市政基础设施工程施工安全管理除应执行本标准外,尚应符合国家、行业和我省现行有关标准、规定的要求.

2 术语 2.0.1安全生产work safety 指在生产活动中,通过人、机、物料、环境的和谐运作,使生产过程中潜在的各种安全事故风险和伤害因素始终处在有效控制状态,切实保护劳动者的身体健康和生命安全. 2.0.2危险源辨识hazard source indentification 分析建筑施工中可能导致生产安全事故的因素、危害程度及其消除或控制技术措施可靠性的技术活动. 2.0.3安全标志safety alert symbol 用以表达特定安全信息的图形符号、安全色、几何形状(边框)、文字及其组合. 2.0.4临边temporary edges 施工现场内无围护设施或者围护设施的高度低于0.8m的建(构)筑物和洞、沟、坑、槽等边缘的总称. 2.0.5模板支架高度height of formwork support 模板支架立杆底到新浇混凝土上表面的距离. 2.0.6外电线路exermal circuit 施工现场临时用电配电线路以外的电力线路. 2.0.7外电防护exermal circuit protection 为防止作业人员及设备接近或触及设施外电线路所采取的防护措施. 2.0.8独立高度free C standing height 塔式起重机未附着之前的塔身高度. 2.0.9悬臂高度height above anchoring frame 塔式起重机腹腔后最上面一道附着点之上的塔身高度;

人货两用施工升降机和货用施工升降机附墙后最上面一道附着点之上的导轨架高度.悬臂高度也称自由高度. 2.0.10气压作业pneumatic operation 是指在高于大气压环境中作业的过程. 2.0.11导轨lead rail 金属或其它材料制成的槽或脊,可承受、固定、引导移动装置或设备并减少其摩擦的一种装置. ........
