市各委办局,各直属单位: 《关于加快推进互联网+行动的实施意见》已经市政府第61次常务会议审议通过,现印发给你们,请结合实际,认真组织实施. 苏州市人民政府 2016年12月24日 关于加快推进互联网+行动的实施意见 为贯彻落实《国务院关于积极推进 互联网+ 行动的指导意见》(国发〔2015〕40号)和《省政府关于加快推进 互联网+ 行动的实施意见》(苏政发〔2016〕46号)等文件精神,有效推动供给侧结构性改革,促进互联网与经济社会各领域深度融合,积极培育经济社会发展新动能,结合苏州实际,提出本意见.

一、基本思路

(一)总体要求. 全面贯彻党的十八大和十八届三中、四中、五中全会精神,深入落实习近平总书记系列重要讲话特别是视察江苏重要讲话精神,围绕 四个全面 战略部署,牢固树立创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享发展理念,着眼于推进云计算、物联网、大数据等互联网新技术与农业、工业、服务业、公共服务和生态文明等领域的融合创新,充分发挥互联网对生产组织、要素配置、产品形态和商业模式等领域的优化作用,推动实体经济与互联网的 融合催生 ;

着力激发产业发展新活力、培育信息消费新业态、打造公共服务新模式、加快生态文明新步伐,着力创建互联网产业人才集聚区、互联网跨界融合先行区、互联网创业创新示范区,促进苏州经济社会持续健康发展.
