2. 中国矿业大学矿业工程学院,江苏徐州 221008) 摘要:U+L型通风特性研究对处理工作面瓦斯有着重要的影响.本文分析了U+L型通风的瓦斯空间分布和来源,导出了描述U+L型通风方式风量配比的公式及其影响因素:在瓦斯浓度上限保持一定的情况下,风量配比取决于工作面漏风率和工作面与采空区的瓦斯涌出比例.此外还初步探讨了U+L型风排瓦斯效率,最后结合实际情况对风量配比进行验证并得到了很好的符合,这对于维护工作面正常生产具有十分现实的指导意义. 关键词: U+L型通风;

Technology, Xuzhou Jiangsu 221008) Abstract: The research on the characteristics of U+L type ventilation has a significant impact on dealing with the gas at the working faces. In this paper, the gas distribution and sources of U+L type ventilation was analyzed, and the formulas describing the air volume distribution ratio and its influencing factors were deduced: in the case of a certain upper limit of gas concentration, the air volume distribution depended on the air leakage of working face and the emission ratio between the working face and gob. Besides, the gas drainage efficiency was preliminarily discussed. The conclusion was verified with actual situation which gave a good match, and it was of great practical significance for maintaining normal production of working face. air volume distribution ratio 引言 为解决U型通风方式上隅角瓦斯积聚问题,U+L型通风通过在U型通风的回风侧增加一条排瓦斯尾巷,改变了采空区漏风流场,从而将采空区瓦斯经过联络巷排至尾巷,解决了上隅角瓦斯超限的问题(如图1所示).然而如果尾巷配风量不合理,在瓦斯涌出量较大的采煤工作面,尾巷中瓦斯浓度常常会超过《规程》规定的2.5%的浓度,有的甚至达到3%~6%[1]的瓦斯爆炸范围,成为严重威胁煤矿安全的一大隐患.所以必须找到一种合理的配风方法,既保证工作面有充足的风量,也能保证回风巷和尾巷的瓦斯浓度处于规定的范围之内. 图1 U+L型通风方式示意图 Fig.1 Schematic of U+L ventilation system 在这方面,国内有一些学者进行了许多有益的研究:王向红[2]从分源计算瓦斯涌出量的角度分析了U+L型通风工作面的供风量;
