51 1 总则1.0.1 为了确保立井冻结法施工安全和质量,统一立井冻结法施工及质量验收规定,制订本规范. 1.0.2 本规范适用于冲积层厚度小于550m,冻结深度小于700m的立井井筒冻结法施工及其工程质量的验收. 1.0.3 立井冻结法工程承包合同和工程技术文件对施工质量的要求应不低于本规范的规定. 1.0.4 立井冻结法工程施工应实行现代化科学管理,实施绿色施工,不断提高管理水平. 1.0.5 立井冻结法工程施工应积极推广应用成熟的新工艺、新技术、新设备、新材料. 1.0.6 立井冻结法施工及质量验收除应符合本规范的规定外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定.
