14 浅析工业企业降低产品成本的途径 摘要在市场经济条件下,企业生产经营的目的是为了获得良好的经济效益和不断提高企业的整体素质,在谋求良好的经济效益的过程中,加强成本管理控制,不断降低产品成本是重要的方法和手段.产品成本是反映企业经营管理水平的一项综合性指标,企业生产过程中各项耗费是否得到有效控制,设备利用是否充分,劳动生产率的高低、产品质量的优劣都可以通过产品成本这一指标表现出来.降低产品成本,是一切工业企业经营管理的基本要求之一,也是社会主义国家积累资金的重要源泉.产品成本是衡量企业全部经营效果的综合性的经济指标,企业的其他各项技术经济指标完成的好坏,都将最终反映在产品成本上. 本文主要就如何降低工业企业的产品成本,提高企业的经济效益进行分析,针对企业成本在管理中存在的问题,提出了降低企业成本的有效途径以促使工业企业对资源配置的优化和资本产出的高效管理. 关键词:工业企业;
