双方本着友好合作的精神,同意签定并遵守本协议.协议条款如下: (the engaging party) has invited (the engaged party) as (position). The two parties in the spirit of friendship and cooperation have entered into an agreement to sign and to comply with the following terms: 1.根据经我院申报并获批的_项目 (编号:周期 年),聘期为 ,自年月日起,至年月日止.每年在校工作时间为_____个月(含一年多次来华),或完成合同所规定的工作内容. The working time in CUMT should be no less than ___ months each year(including multiple entries)OR complete required working content in thin contract. 2.受聘方的工作任务经双方协商确定如下: 每年为本科生、研究生讲授《两门课程,每门课程____课时. 每年指导青年教师发表英文科技论文2篇,并帮助青年教师联系出国研修及研究生出国攻读博士学位. 指导或参与学科建设,召开专题研讨会,协议期内至少联合申报中德合作项目1项. 每年提交工作报告1份,内容包括:讲课、青年教师培养及项目申报情况等. 2.By mutual consultations the work of the engaged party is decided as follows: Deliver two lecture each year to CUMT undergraduate and postgraduate students on one of the three subjects below:class hours per each course. Guiding two young teachers to publish two English scientific papers each year, helping young teachers going abroad for further study and postgraduates going abroad for PhD. Guid ing or participating in discipline construction and applying at least one of Sino-German cooperation project during the contract period. Submitting work report (Including teaching, training young teachers and application of Sino-German cooperation project, etc) every year 3.聘方每年支付给受聘方薪金$ (数字金额) (人民币 (大写金额) 元)(含用于购买各类个人保险的费用)并提供往返国际经济舱机票、城市间交通费及住宿费用,所有费用需按照外专局相关标准核销,每年核销总金额不得超过外专局批复金额. The engaging party pays the engaged party a salary of RMB Yuan) per year (including buying all kinds of personal insurance costs) and provide the engaged party round-trip travel expense, accommodation, board etc. All expences should be according to regulations stated by SAFEA and Ministry of Education. The total amount should not exist the amount proved by SAFEA and Ministry of Education. 4.双方均不得无故解除合同. Neither party shall cancel the agreement without sufficient causes or reasons. 5.聘方如中途中止合同,则按照待遇条件承担受聘方的有关费用. If the engaging party finds it imperative to terminate the agreement and bear the corresponding expenses for wages. 6.如受聘方中途提出辞职,聘方自同意之日起按比例扣发相应薪水,受聘方不再享有各种待遇. If the engaged party submits his resignation in the course of his service, the engaging party shall withhold salary in proportion from the day when his resignation is approved by the engaging party, and the engaged party shall no longer enjoy the salary and benefits stipulated. 7.本合同自受聘方到职之日起生效,聘请届满即自行失效.双方本着友好协商的精神,确定将来的合作事宜. The present agreement shall come into effect on the first day of the term of service herein stipulated and cease immediately to be effective at its expiration. Both parties will determine the future cooperation based on friendly consultation spirit, 8.受聘方同意本合同的各项条款. The engaged party agrees to all the articles in this agreement. 9.本合同用中、英文两种文字写成,两种文本具有同等效力.
