福州大学紫金矿业学院,福建 福州 350108, 2.北京华夏建龙矿业科技有限公司,北京,100070) 摘要:福建某铜银多金属矿为铜、银、铅、锌复杂共生的难选多金属矿,本文利用高压辊磨终粉磨系统制备高压辊终粉磨矿样,采用一次粗选、一次精选、一次扫选进行铜银混合浮选,混合粗精矿再磨后采用一次粗选、五次精选、一次扫选,进行铜银分离.通过对工艺流程及药剂制度的优化,最终获得的铜精矿中含铜19.42%,含银4456.00 g/t、铜回收率为 53.91%、银回收率为 32.99%;
银精矿中含铜1.76%、含银992.85 g/t、铜回收率为 40.74%、银回收率为61.30%的良好指标,实现了铜银的有效分离. 关键词:铜银矿;

?Techonology?Co.,Ltd, Beijing 100070) Abstract: The copper-silver polymetallic ore in Fujian was a kind of refractory inter-grown cooper-silver-lead-zinc complex ore.The samples were prepared by HPGR final grinding system in this paper. The process flowsheet was bulk flotation of copper and silver by one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging and bulk concentrate of copper was obtained,which was dealt with copper-silver separation by one roughing,five cleaning and one scavenging with regrinding of rough concentrate. Through the optimization of process flowsheet and reagent regime, the copper concentrate containing 19.42% Cu and 4456.00 g/t Ag with copper recovery of 53.91% and silver recovery of 32.99% was obtained,while silver concentrate contain 1.76% Cu and 992.85 g/t Ag with copper recovery of 40.74% and silver recovery of 61.30%.Effective separation of copper and silver was achieved. flotation 破碎和磨矿作业占整个选厂能耗的50%以上,研究新型高效矿石粉碎设备是实现 多碎少磨,节能降耗 目标的一条有效途径[1].高压辊磨机是一种新型高效的破碎设备,与传统破碎和磨矿设备相比,具有粉碎效率高、体积小、提高后续选别指标等特点[2-6],高压辊磨技术与传统破碎方式相比节省30%左右的能耗,特别适用于共生关系复杂、嵌布粒度细的金属矿石的选矿作业[7-8],在有色金属矿业领域值得大力推广. 近年来,国内外许多研究者对高压辊进行了研究,侯英等[9]分别测定了传统碎磨和高压辊磨处理后矿石的Bond 球磨功指数,分析表明高压辊磨产品的Bond 球磨功指数较低,高压辊磨产品可比统破碎产品产生更多的微裂纹,有利于提高后续的选矿作业指标.Van der Meer, FP等[10]总结了在磨矿流程中高效使用高压辊磨机的基本原则. 本文利用高压辊终粉磨技术处理福建某含铜银多金属矿样,结合探索性试验及矿石性质研究结果,对该矿样采用铜银混合浮选,获得的混合粗精矿再磨后,再进行铜银分离的工艺流程,实现了铜银的有效分离,获得了合格的铜精矿、银精矿产品,对高压辊磨技术在含铜银多金属矿的应用具有一定的指导意义.
