080404127 学生姓名: 赵春红 指导教师: 熊先青 职称: 讲师 二O一二年 五月 十五日 家具企业对客户需求的快速响应机制研究 摘要 本文运用调查法、选取典型法等对家具行业的客户快速响应机制进行研究分析,提出了家具行业中快速响应机制的主要影响因素,并通过创建客户需求快速响应的整体构架,对家具行业快速响应机制(Quick Response ,简称QR)的实施内容进行了进一步的研究和探讨.

本论文研究了家具行业QR机制中内容主要包括: 从家具企业客户需求的信息的获取,及需求信息的回馈方式等方面进行阐述客户需求的处理过程;

研究了企业设计前期流程的处理效率对快速响应力的作用. 对家具企业的生产中的现状进行了分析,并提出了家具生产管理的强化建议. 探讨了信息技术对家具企业QR机制运用的重要作用,并提出了合理的优化建议. 最后阐述了家具行业的供应链的管理现状的,提出合理的优化建议,提高客户需求快速响应能力. 最后对家具行业客户需求的快速响应机制的框架构建进行了总结,提出与之相适应的优化建议与措施,为家具企业QR机制的运用提供一些参考建议.来提高家具行业对客户需求的快速响应能力. 关键词:家具 客户需求 快速响应 Research about quick response mechanism from clients demand to Furniture enterprises Abstrct T his paper, from the analysis of the present situation of the characteristics of furniture industry, using investigation method, the representative method, the furniture industry customers to the rapid Response mechanism of research and analysis, and put forward the rapid Response mechanism in the furniture industry the main influence factors, and by creating a customer demand rapid Response of the overall architecture, to furniture industry QR (Quick Response) the content of the implementation of the further research and discussion. This paper studies the furniture industry in QR mechanism mainly include: (1)From furniture enterprise needs of the customer information, and demand information feedback methods and so on this treatment process of the customer requirements. (2)The design process of the enterprise processing efficiency for the rapid response force. (3)To furniture enterprise in the production of the analysis of the current situation, and put forward the Suggestions of strengthening furniture production management. (4)Discusses the information technology to furniture enterprise QR mechanism of the use of an important role, and put forward the reasonable optimization proposals. (5)Finally expounds the furniture industry present situation of the management of the supply chain, this paper puts forward reasonable Suggestions on how to optimize and improve customer demand rapid response capability. The last to furniture industry customer needs fast response mechanism of the framework is summarized, and puts forward corresponding Suggestions and measures of optimization for furniture enterprise QR mechanism provides some references the use of Suggestions.
