070206215 学生姓名:谢燕飞 指导教师:胡建安 职称:讲师二O一一年 五月二十七 日摘要数码打样中,使用的纸张往往是一种经过特殊涂布加工的纸张,这种纸张具有特殊的性质,表面光滑度高,吸墨性好,光泽度好,表面强度较高的纸张,另一方面,由于数码打样使用的是水性油墨,所以,数码打样纸的抗水性研究就显得非常重要,抗水性过高,油墨不易被吸收,而抗水性太差,又容易发生纸张变形,油墨不易干燥等各种印刷故障.

本论文通过研究和分析不同抗水性的数码打样纸在相同的印刷条件下对印刷品的质量产生的影响.理论上,我们知道数码打样纸的抗水性和纸张的施胶度有关,所以可以通过测定纸张的施胶度来确定纸张抗水性的高低,然而在本次论文实验中,我们通过测定纸张的吸水性,反过来测定数码打样纸的抗水性,从而再对其印刷品进行研究. 从理论角度来说,我们知道纸张的抗水性的好坏会对印刷结果产生各种影响,本次实验,主要就印刷品的油墨密度,灰平衡,网点扩大值进行研究.通过这些方面的实验和分析研究为数码打样纸抗水性(即施胶度)的控制提供了理论的依据,为实际生产中印刷品质量控制提供了一个新的参考依据. 关键词: 数码打样, 数码打样纸, 抗水性, 质量控制;

Abstract Digital proofing, the use of paper is often a specially coated paper, this paper processing with special properties, surface smoothness high, ink absorbency good, luster, surface strength higher paper, on the other hand, due to the digital proofing use water-based ink, therefore, is the digital proofing paper resistance research appears very important, water resistance is exorbitant, ink, and not easily by absorption resistance was so bad, and easy to happen, not paper deformation various printing ink dry fault. This paper studies and analyses different water resistance of digital proofing paper in the same printing printing quality under the condition of an influence. Theoretically, we know digital proofing paper resistance of paper and glue degrees, so can through determination about paper glue degrees to determine the resistance of erudition, paper, however in this paper experiments, we through the water absorbability, determination of paper in the determination of digital proofing paper resistance, thus itenhanced study prints. From the theoretical perspective, we know the stand or fall of resistance of paper for printing results to produce all sorts of effects, this experiment, mainly the ink density, printed ash balance, study dot enlargement and value. Through these aspects of the experiment and analysis for digital proofing paper water resistance (namely sizing degrees) control provides the theoretical basis for the practical production, printing quality control provides a new reference. 目录 前言
