对于辅助材料库存,首先对其进行需求预测,然后进行ABC分类,针对分类结果给出相应的库存优化策略;

最后进行库优化方案的效果评价. 结果表明,库存管理系统的优化大大降低了企业的库存,使企业库存结构更合理,从而减少了库存占用资金,增加了流动资金;

同时也避免了不能按时交货的风险,提高了顾客的满意度. 关键词:库存管理;
