但与儿童患者相比,成人患者更容易出现癫痫持续状态,这可能是导致成人抗 NMDA 受体脑炎预后不良的主要原因之一.同时,基于长达5年的随访数据,课题组发现及时地、规范地免疫干预治疗对于预后尤为重要,而抗癫痫药物的早期撤药,对痫性发作及认知障碍无明显影响.该研究成果对抗NMDA受体脑炎的诊治及癫痫后认知损伤的防治有广泛的临床应用意义和价值. (5)基于Morris水迷宫,建立了癫痫伴认知功能障碍的评价体系.通过记录正常大鼠、PTZ 致痫鼠 MWM 试验结果,利用统计归类分析,得出正常大鼠在 Morris 行为学测试中,第5天定位航行实验中逃避潜伏期20 次;
以此作为 TLE-C、TLE-CI分界参考,计算在所有 PTZ 致痫大鼠中,记忆障碍发生率为 19.23%.该评估体系已运用于后续实验中,并在相关院校、实验室中得到广泛的应用. 在项目研究过程中,课题组主持相关领域课题4项,发表相关论文30篇,其中SCI论文19篇.通过本项目的研究,培养了博士生7名,硕士生25名.研究成果多次于国内外神经病学、癫痫等专科会议上报告发言;
