给水系统采用上行下给的供水方式,由供水泵供水到屋顶的高位水箱,再由高位水箱向管网供水;
热水系统采用每户设置一根太阳能热水预留管,冷水由各户通过立管送至屋顶家用太阳能热水器,由家用太阳能热水器加热后,再通过立管供向各户;
排水系统采用的是雨、污分流制,生活污水先经化粪池处理后再排向小区污水干管,雨水汇集后就进入小区雨水干管;
雨水采用的是外排水系统,雨水汇集后就进入小区雨水干管,空调冷凝水系统设置单独的排水立管接入室外雨水管. 给水管和排水管分别采用PP- R管和UPVC管,热水系统采用镀锌钢管. 设计过程进行了各系统方案的确定、平面布置和计算,以及各种设备的选型.最后用CAD绘制了各个系统的平面图、系统图、卫生间大样图. 关键词:六层居民楼;

Water drain system adoption is a separate drainage system. The dirty water or the waste water drains separately, the first floor drains alone, draining to sign the tube to establish to stretch the crest to ventilate the tube only, the dirty water from toilets was handle by septic tank again rear row to municipal soil pipe net;
The hot water system adopt to install a standpine of solar water hear each door, cold water deliver to the solar water hear with the standpine, after the solar water heaters heat, again provide to go together with the standpine. The rain water adoption is outside drain the system, rain water direct row to municipal soil pipe net. The water pipe and drain pipes respectively adopt the PP- R tube and the UPVC tubes , the hot water systemses adopt to plate the zinc steel pipe.
