This article aims to show the whole process of the planning and organizations for the award ceremony, which include coordinative meetings before the activity, preparation before excellent staff election, the process of the election, significance of the ceremony, the ceremony flow and the summary. In end of the article, valuable experience, highlight and improvements for the election and ceremony have been summarized. During the whole process, relevant employees of all departments cooperate and coordinate with each other to hold the ceremony successfully. In the excellent staff'

s award ceremony, leaders of the company made the third quarter performance review and praised the contributions for all the outstanding employees. Afterwards, both the excellent staff and new staff representative made the speeches.
