Due to the China WH plant expansion, Wuhan plant finishing engineering would like to provide daily finishing operation for the demand request, performance and quality improvement. Day to Day Responsibilities: ? Establishes CBW operation process and sustains daily performance, troubleshooting while performance upset or equipment shut down. Collaboration with CBW equipment and control engineers to improve and develop the most efficient production technology. Design, modify, and recommend equipment types to meet or exceed requirements in operation. ? Trouble shoots material, process and equipment issues, identify the root cause and implement the preventive or corrective action to meet the manufacturing performance target. ? Leads performance improvement project to achieve target goal. Such as yield, uptime, quality, lowest cost and equipment capability projects. - Performance tracking, routine report, and analysis - Process capability (Cpk) monitoring and improvement ? Weekend and shift coverage is the requirement as needed ? Train operators on new equipment and process ? Implement and document material, process and equipment changes. ? Assure the quality repeatability of processes and products ? Supports new product introduction through equipment installation, process certification, documentation and training Project involved with: ? To plan, execute and manage process, facility, and equipment upgrades to improve machine reliability. ? To support daily operation. ? To work with project team to select, purchase, install, and start new equipment in the facility. ? Establish goals and objectives in conjunction with Group Leader and manage engineering activities in equipment design to achieve the said objectives. ? Support operations personnel via trouble shooting and provide training as needed. ?
