Green Shoe Option - none - Type of Business and Nature of Operation Getabec Public Company Limited ( the Company ) and its two subsidiaries, Getabec International co., ltd. ( GTI ) and Getabec Vietnam co., ltd. ( GTV ), are manufacturers and distributors of steam boiler and combustion system and also provide repair and maintenance services. The steam boiler and combustion system of the Company and its subsidiaries are high quality products with international standards which are able to use any type of fuel such as gas burner, oil burner, biomass, coal, waste heat, renewable energy and multi fuel. The Company and its subsidiaries also provides integrated services in relation to the steam boiler, combustion system and thermal energy engineering such as balance of plant, engineering procurement and construction, maintenance and after sales service. Since the Company and its subsidiaries'

products have been qualified and received international standard, the Company and its subsidiaries can sell their products to both domestic and international markets. Revenues from operations of the Company and its subsidiaries can be classified into

2 types consisting of budgeted revenues and service revenues. Budgeted revenues occur from producing, selling, and installing boilers including also being a project contractor involving of designing, planning, constructing until installing the boilers. The second type of revenues occurs from the maintenance, repair and replacement of the boilers. The Company generated 773.83 Million Baht and 147.52 Million Baht of budgeted revenues and service revenues respectively which calculated to be 83.99 percent and 16.01 percent of the operating incomes correspondingly.
